The form asks for your name, contact details, preferred apartment, approximate dates, number of guests and, optionally, a message. The technical infrastructure may also process data required for website operation and security, such as IP address, browser information and technical logs.
Data is used only to receive and manage requests for information or availability, reply to you and, at your request, take the necessary pre-contractual steps. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations. Form data is not used for newsletters, advertising or profiling.
The form is completed in your browser and this website does not archive its contents in its own database. When you press the button, the details are transferred to WhatsApp through a pre-filled link so the message can be prepared. Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to manage the contact and any subsequent steps. If an enquiry results in a stay, some data may need to be kept longer to meet administrative, tax or public-safety obligations. Where there is no follow-up, data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the enquiry.
The website does not use profiling cookies, advertising pixels or marketing tools. Only technical tools strictly necessary for delivery, security and proper operation may be used. If non-technical tools are introduced in future, this notice and any required consent mechanism will be updated before they are enabled.
